For investors in active acquisition or scaling phases who need consistent strategic support — deal reviews, capital decisions, market questions, and execution guidance — without scheduling a new engagement each time.

Retainer engagements are month-to-month with 30 days notice to pause or cancel. Capacity is limited — active retainer clients receive priority scheduling and same-week availability. Retainer pricing is only available to clients who have completed or are enrolled in a Tier advisory engagement.

Hourly & Block Sessions

Targeted advisory when you need a specific answer — not a full engagement.

Single sessions and block packages are available for deal reviews, second opinions, underwriting walkthroughs, or strategic questions outside of an active tier engagement. Blocks are purchased in advance and used at your pace.

A focused 60-minute session on a specific question, deal, or decision. Includes a written summary of key takeaways and action items delivered within 24 hours.

How blocks work: Hours are confirmed upon purchase and scheduled directly. Unused hours from a block expire after 60 days. Block sessions include the same written follow-up as single sessions. All sessions are conducted via video call. Note: Hourly advisory does not include access to proprietary frameworks, templates, or models — those are exclusive to Tier engagements and retainer clients.
